In only their second game as a squad, Macklins Academy faced off against a formidable Kobra Storm side and showed incredible heart from the first whistle to the last. While Kobra ultimately took the 13-5 victory, Macklins proved they are a team on the rise, displaying rapid growth, fierce determination, and phenomenal court chemistry across the entire match.

Quarter 1 (1-5) Kobra Storm came out fast to take an early 5-1 lead, but Macklins Academy never once backed down from the fierce challenge. The squad threw themselves into every single contest, shaking off the nerves with massive hustle!

Quarter 2 (3-7) Macklins absolutely ignited in the second quarter, matching Kobra goal-for-goal in a phenomenal display of teamwork and grit. The defense clamped down incredibly hard to hold the opposition to just two goals, bringing the halftime score to a fighting 7-3.

Quarter 3 (4-11) Kobra Storm pushed hard after the break to extend their lead to 11-4, but Macklins kept their heads high and fought furiously for every interception. The squad's resilience was inspiring as they aggressively chased down loose balls and pushed through with incredible spirit.

Quarter 4 (5-13) Leaving absolutely everything on the court, Macklins battled right to the final buzzer to close out the game at a 13-5 final score. The scoreboard doesn't even begin to capture the massive heart, relentless effort, and rapid improvement this team showed today!
